Yes jeeves is being very cruel and not letting wooster have the top shelf which means wooster literally only has the second shelf, the third shelf, the cubbyhole, the separate cat bed, the cat chair, the couch, three beds, and the entire other cat tree to choose from where to sleep on which as you can imagine is just not fair at all
