we’re often taught not to cut ties with people because we might need them someday. but today, i pray that i never have to rely on anyone who has hurt, ridiculed, or embarrassed me. may God always provide for me abundantly so i never find myself in that position.

I’m done intellectualizing my life. I’m ready to feel it. I’m done living in my head. I’m ready to simply embody and be. I’m allowed to be human. I’m allowed to be imperfect. My worth is not defined by anything external to me or the things I’ve gone through. My worth is inherent because I exist.
