Happy Friday! In addition to my theme word "strength" I would be remiss if I didn't add my other theme word....."balance" for all the times I'm strong, I recognize the actual need to be weak, lazy and vulnerable.... It's ok, just don't get stuck there for very long. Balance can mean lots of things. It could be as obvious as the cliche of "work hard, play hard", but sometimes I can actually work and play too hard. Remembering to relax and practice mindfulness and time alone- (yes, alone, it's necessary)- to reflect and really do nothing but maybe read a book or lay in a hammock, watching the birds or the stars in the sky or wrap up in a blanket and watch a burning fire in the fireplace, its all so important and..... necessary.
