Heading up to Hawkeye Point by Adrian Burden Via Flickr: The Goat Rocks Wilderness is a fantastic place for unobstructed views of Rainier, Helens and Adams. That is Mount Rainier majestically towering in the distance. I have been enjoying seeing things in Black and White lately.

Old Snowy by Adrian Burden Via Flickr: Looking back at Old Snowy from the PCT / knife edge trail in the Goat Rocks Wilderness Area. A fantastic area for a backpack with great views of Mt Adams, St Helens and Mt Rainier. I was fortunate enough to spend 4 nights in the area, WOW!

Earlier in the day I noticed a couple setup camp in the caves across from the main campsite at Walbran Creek and hoped they would have a fire, to my delight they did! There was lots of marine fog that dd not burn off for the whole week we were there, it would have been nice with a starry sky, but I am happy with this and it gives me ideas for other shots.

Hey little fella by Adrian Burden Via Flickr: I went out exploring the low tide and came across his little crab. He tried acting tough at first, but then settled down when the camera came out.
