Do you think Criston is an omega?
Short Answer: No, but in essence, he's 100% an omega.
Detailed Answer: I would really love to see him as an omega and would definitely read such works avidly, but at the same time, I just can't shake the thought that he's a beta with an omega's soul (betas are so underrated!!!).
Criston in HOTD doesn't get along well with men and easily finds common ground with women, so I'd say the soft nature is closer to him than aggressive masculinity, and my canon is that this is because he was raised only by women whom he certainly respects. In an omegaverse, this would mean he was raised by omegas.
