~friend|enemy. One of my goals this year is to take less benzodiazepines (in my case lorazepam). It's very hard because my body is so used to it by now. When i take less then the usual dosis my body gets very tenseand sleeping is difficult. But I really want to quit because it supresses emotions (there are many more negative side effects of long term usage of benzodiazepines). I want to experience to world again without this soft filter. #benzodiazepines #lorazepam #depression #medicine
