Good morning (almost afternoon!?!) from Rocky Nox and Poseidon!

Can’t exactly take GOOD pics of the new child, he’s flighty and still floating. I’m worried that he has septicimia, he has thin red streaks in his lower fin. If I can get a better pic later, I will.

I love this fish so much.

I spent every night this week making a new range of Betta-themed brooches. Sparkly!

“Aventador”

So I put my last three attempts at Drawing Fighting Fish using Coloured Pencil to compare them to see if I was making any progress learning to use Coloured Pencil. When I put them together on the same document in Adobe Illustrator I thought they looked quite presentable!

Nope. I don’t want a photo.

So apparently I just want to have as many art versions of Poseidon as I can, so I tried my hand at needle felting! I think he came out pretty good, though I can’t say the same for my fingers…

MMA PIC OF THE WEEK! Max has surprised all of us at home with this bubble nest! We’re so glad he’s happy! Although, he can’t seem to stop building his bubble nest!

I can’t get over how pretty he is.

My other betta is Shintoku. Obviously they won’t be friends. Still dunno what to name him though. Already had a Maru.
