also i just have to say that viserys getting his ass up out of bed and walking down to the throne room even though he is barely even able to walk and is in excruciating pain just to defend his daughter and her succession that is being called into question is where he finally became a king of the realm and a king to be respected. also note that this was the first time that they didn’t show him getting cut on the throne

I do love Jace turning Aegon’s cruel, crass joke about showing a woman a good time back on him by showing Helaena a truly good time- by paying attention to her, and dancing with her
