I forgot I had therapy today and I meant to cancel it days ago... now it’s too late and they’d charge me a huge fee. I really played myself huh

Super anxious for my psychiatrist appointment later, rly hope I can get on some meds that actually help me 😬😬

I’m leaving tomorrow and she’s definitely going to be salty that I was only home for one day but oh well I cannot deal lol

Like don’t get me wrong ... I love my mom, but I can only handle her in tiny doses

My mom always wonders why I never come home... well mom maybe it’s because you’re miserable to be around for more than a few hours and my mental health takes a huge shit when I’m here :)
