I said “exactly” and “yes” so many times while reading this, J actually came in to our room to see why I was talking to the computer.

Haha! I just can't deal with these people! I don't get it. Being told that a teenager is dying and that it's more important than equality blew my mind! Equality is just as important too. People are assaulted, left for dead, murdered, and abused for their sexual orientation, something they can't help... but that's not as important? I just wish one person could explain to me the logic in that. More than one thing is allowed to be important, at least in the world I live in.

Oh Facebook... Counter someone's supposed religious beliefs by explaining the actual context of the portion of the bible they're defending hate speech with, and then suddenly they're barking that everyone needs to "gain perspective" "stop worrying about fast food" and "worry about real problems like starving people and kids that are dying." Now, I'm not saying those things aren't sad, that they aren't important, they are- but I find it pretty suspicious when your words are hollow at the end of a conversation your next move it to try and rise above the situation and make yourself look good by trying to compare the current situation with a more pitiful one. Give me a break. And anyone who thinks this Chick-fil-A business is about fast food or chicken at all, sweet lord ignorance has consumed you. (It's not about free speech either.)

If you're watching it live or reading the news stories, yet you know most people aren't watching or reading because they want to watch the tape delay later PLEASE do not go on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, or any social media outlet and start posting the results. ESPECIALLY not if you yourself have been complaining about NBC showing spoiler commercials and ranting about other people ruining it. You just did the same thing! While complaining about someone else doing it! It makes you look like a huge douche. I already saw what happened with gymnastics, but I know a lot of people haven't. It's really not that hard to keep your mouth shut.

I'm listening to this Spotify playlist that I made last week as part of a link up. The first song is Mr. Big's "To Be With You." I think I'm going to have to see if Mark Morrison's "Return of the Mack" is on there and then it will be complete. And that's how music is going today. Update: The only Mark Morrison version of "Return of the Mack" on Spotify is a remix. Terrible.

Can I crawl under my desk and take a nap now?

I'm not friends with Monday. Also, I'm starting to have more of a love/hate relationship with Tumblr and after four years I suppose I'm due. It just doesn't seem like the best place to write a lot since most people just like to reblog funny pictures or post their favorite songs. I'm not deleting or anything, but I am going to be doing a lot more writing over here. Recent posts include: monday morning keurig love laying out our office plans a trip to the fair
