From what happened and how the story works so far, those sacrificial decisions are made when it comes to the mythics since if people knew their existence it would alter people's lives. I initially thought that people could excuse shit as AI and edited, but people are opportunistic and exploitative.

If that info gets out, shit would go down. More mythics are gonna get trafficked and more humans would get harmed because mythics would definitely fight back. Also, Dontis and Pet's life became literal hell just because of who they are. Dontis' life is filled with exploitation that he's found death peaceful because at least it was his choice. Pet's was experimented too much that their scars are still visible despite one of their abilities are enhanced healing. If the word got out about their existence, the world would just create more Dontis, Pet, and even Hunter. And I'm sure that Pickle would not want that since they knew what it felt like to be taken advantage of and used.

Keeping that information would be a win win situation for everyone.

Also do you guys think that Isaac would let go quickly? 😭 like a man would come up to him and say "let go of that info or your lover dies!" And he'd be like "Oh damn, my bad, Pickle, you gotta die 😔"

Isaac would definitely pull some strings to avoid sacrificing Pickle and he would only agree to that decision if he got no cards left.
