Researching burns again and I noticed something interesting in the final panel the LaFleshwound is on first impression assumed to be a third degree burn do to how dark and shriveled it is and how deep the layers appear but without the woodwardian swamp lighting it looks much closer to second degree making it something like a 2 1/2 burn and another example of them witches inventing new kinds of suffering

interesting how light can drastically change perception
