A security meeting of Tracen Academy Staff was held on 09/08/2026 at The Security Office. Presided over by Security Chief Polly
Meeting came to order
Introductions were conducted.
Dircetor Yayoi Akikawa briefed the meeting on the status of Dorm Renovations.
Secretary Tazuna Hayakawa Detailed the contractors and their qualifications.
There was a question from Trainer Kazuma Kiryu about the Upgrades being made to the dorms.
Yayoi showed the draft plans for the new dorms to the table
The fire safety details were discussed
Trainer Terra questioned if there will be upgrades to the trainer dorms as well.
Yayoi Akikawa advised that Trainer dorm renovations are on the docket but at a low priority.
Motion to have Plans for Provision of Childcare Facilities was Introduced By Security Chief Polly and passed Unanimously.
The shape of those plans to be made were discussed.
Further discussion was tabled.
Next order of business, Ongoing security Threats
Threat 1 introduced By Security Chief Polly as Cult activity and Meisho Doto
TM opera O gave a brief on some cult activity
Some of the cult's recent actions and how they were defeated were discussed
The topic of bombings was introduced
Postmaster Ali Hazim gave assurances that the Post Office Bomb Screening remains Effective. but introduced the issue that the Bombings bypass the mail room
Iris introduced a potential cult location to the table
Motion to perform Reconnisaince in Force operation on the cult introduced by Polly, Seconded by Iris and TM Opera O
Motion was discussed
Postmaster Hazim was made aware of a potential bomb threat. Meeting was temporarily held while a bomb sweep was performed.
Meeting resumed.
Assistant Trainer Sumireko Usami requested to join the security team. Yashi Akikawa voted Nay, seconded by Ali and Iris
Assistant Trainer Usami gave a demonstration of her abilities. meeting with Polly scheduled for another time.
Motion to perform RIF operation was discussed again. Motion carried by unanimty
Discussion on who should form the away team was tabled for later

Threat 2 introduced as the Labyrinth
Polly explained that the Labyrinth is open
Floor was Yielded to Eldritch Curse who explained the Labyrinth and the Seals
The Seals and threat of the labyrinth were discussed
VP Teio questioned how security was being handled.
Eldritch Curse's Tarrasque was explained.
Motion to beseech the three Goddesses for aid by way of student committee was entered
Motion was discussed
Imagine Losing was asked why the goddesses would help us. her explanation was detrimental to meeting cohesion
Tazuna brought the meeting back to order. Discussion of previous motion was Tabled indefinitely.
Polly introduced the issue of Analogue's abduction
A discussion was held about potential rescue operations.
Threat 3 introduced as Snowfall
Snowfall's powers were discussed
Means of countering her were discussed.
Simply talking to her was introduced by Trainer Ailian Xiao but was ruled out
Exorcism was introduced as an option by Eldritch curse but ruled out due to Snowfall not being a true Ghost
Anon Power was introduced as an option by Iris
Beating her in a Race was introduced as an option by Yayoi Akikawa
A plan of action was developed. Snowfall will be challenged to a Race. If that doesnt work then we move to a reserve plan of trying to defeat her in combat.

The option of using Usemi's magic to weaken Snowfall was discussed
Tazuna positively identified as Snowfall's Next Target.
All action against the Doto Cult postponed until snowfall situation is resolved.
Action plan developed:
Tazuna to act as bait for snowfall. Iris assigned as personal protection
Kiryu assigned as personal protection to Trainer Terra in case of misidentification of Snowfall's Target
Usemi and Tali assigned to work on gathering power stones to weaken Snowfall
Polly and Commando assigned to initial Labyrinth Exploration
