Hello guys! Hope you`re doing well. Itβs the middle of the summer and the great period to start living the life you have been putting off for Mondays. Because there is always something bigger to achieve. Are you sick of scrolling an Instagram feed every morning and getting tired of the perfect lives of other people who are so different from your own? So why not have you started yet? Your perfect life is in your hands and it is waiting for you.
So, if you wanted to start a healthy lifestyle long ago and you don`t know what to start with, here are some tips for you.
Goal 1: Take junk food away from your diet
Way: Stop eating food with added sugar
You can start with such a simple step. Just replace it with products that contain natural sugar, for example, fruits. Already in 2 weeks, you will be able to see the difference happier and more productive.
Goal 2: Do some kind of physical activity
Way: Doing workout 30 minutes 4 times a week
This step will help you to keep fit. And it has been scientifically proved that physical activity stimulates the release of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. These brain chemicals play an important part in regulating your mood. They help relieve pain and stress.
Goal 3: To reduce stress levels
Way: To go to bed no later than a midnight
I am sure you have heard a lot about how important the night is. Your brain and body need a relax after a long day. And after a good sleep, you feel fresh and fulfilled which is great to start a new day.
This habits will not bring an immediate result. You should slowly step-by-step make it your daily routine. Because every big goal requires a lot of efforts, self-discipline, and passion.
