Before I Die

Now, I'm not saying you can't take action to affect the outcome of your life, you have to take action, and you will. But never forget that on any day, you can step out the front door and your whole life can change forever.

You see, the universe has a plan kids, and that plan is always in motion. A butterfly flaps its wings, and it starts to rain.

If you give it a thought. Then it is what we want it to be.

Or maybe there is no purpose at all.

We've just been put into this world, without even having a say if we ever wanted to be in this hellhole in the first place.

I do not agree that innocent kids should die because that is also all part of "god's plan".

Give it more days, you'd maybe even take a sip of that coffee and keep those flowers in a vase. A couple more days and maybe you'd even want to listen to what the person has to say.

Damon and Elena is just an unnecessary ploy.

You cannot cheat and fall in love with your boyfriend's brother or your brother's girlfriend.

It cannot happen. No matter the circumstances.

The day had finally come, Birdie was here.

As my anxious self walked towards the cafe where we'd agreed to meet, my heart pounded like it'd never before.

Why was I feeling so nervous ?

"Calm down Ameer". That's what I said to myself.

So I took a deep breath and walked in that pretty door which had Pinterest vibes all over it.

That's when I heard her voice, "Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Ameer". (Yes, emphasis on the Ys. She really was like that in person too. Alwayyyyyyys talking like this)

I turned to my left and there she was. My jaw dropped for a moment. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy is she soooooo prettttty !

I wish I could type those screams but that wouldn't help either.

I wish that just like phone booths, there were scream booths.

Where we could scream at any time of the day or night.

We just pay with our pain.
