scrumptious bowl of noodles that are easily made by boiling rama food rice noodles, mixing the cooked noods with dark soy sauce and fish sauce, and adding sugar, chili, etc to taste. top with some vegetables and chicken to finish it off!

ice cream in chinatown

rest stop lunch on the way to hua hin! haw mok, fish balls (i think), and tod mun are seen in the first picture. last picture is a beautiful showcase of lychee and thai orange juice bottles with nata de coco cubes inside. 

in 2015, my sister tried to maintain a photo album of all the coconut ice cream we ate in thailand but to no avail... this was the first and last itim gati photo she took
