I just get back on track after I cannot keep disciplines for 3 months because I was so busy until uncontrolled workouts program. I'm confronted with bad time when I saw my belly fat from weight increasing about 5 kilograms. I have already said goodbye with my lean body since May, 2019. However, I think it may be back to be the same if I try. After that, I put an effort to hit the gym again. I wake up in the morning to go jogging and do 45-min HIIT programs.
