Don't you get tired of every little virtue Jason has getting attributed to Bruce or Alfred's good teachings?

He keeps his living conditions as neat as can be when he's squatting in an abandoned building, him being neat had jack shit to do with Alfred.

He sneaks up on Batman the stealth master several times in his introduction, holds himself well in a fight against multiple older guys twice, and those are the very reason Bruce even considered making him Robin. Bruce didn't introduce the concept of fighting and stealth to Jason.

He refused to join a high stakes heist despite potential threats to his life, he showed up alone to stop said heist when he fully believes that Batman refused to act upon it. He never lacked a sense of morality and justice and bats certainly didn't 'teach him better'.

Sure sure he did aquire more skills and training from them that he otherwise wouldn have had, but to say that they alone taught him all good things in his life is really classicism at full swing.

I HATE when jason robin stories feel the need to try and teach him a lesson for a problem that never existed in the first place 😭. Jason was never in it for revenge, jason has light. And fun and hope and belief in redemption and knowledge not all criminals want to be in that situation. At least TRY to work with his run 😭

It’s so funny to me how chill Bruce was about collateral damage/deaths he wasn’t directly responsible for in the 80s.

Like Jose Garzonas gets crushed by cars falling on him in a scrap yard and he’s just like oh well

Some guy is attempting to assassinate Ronald fucking Reagan and Jason just fucking boots him off a roof and Bruce is like he was an asshole anyway

There’s just bodies literally dropping from the sky wherever Batman appears and every time Bruce is just like

Dick Grayson’s guilt complex will have him breaking down for every death he witnesses and is unable to stop, but 80s Bruce will look you straight in the eye and tell you it wasn’t him on a technicality.
