You really block your blessings when you keep parasitic people around you. I never used to believe it, but ever since I ended this really toxic friendship a couple weeks ago, my life did a 180. I went from being perpetually miserable and feeling like I could never move forward, to suddenly achieving my goals and feeling generally more positive. Wow. I’m looking back like “no wonder my life was such a mess.” People’s energy can really affect the course of your life.
