Honestly, I love how any and all desire to date or be involved with men seems to have been removed from my heart all together. I have been turning down dates left and right. I removed all phone numbers belonging to men from my phone. When I do talk to a guy, it is on my terms and I don’t force myself to reply if I don’t want to. I haven’t wasted a single second on a dating app in forever. I’ve been getting dressed up and socializing without having to deal with men bringing me down. The best feeling is when you truly enjoy being a single woman without secretly wishing you had a male presence in your life. I used to force myself to give guys chances even when I knew they weren’t what I deserved or wanted. Now I refuse to waste my time and energy. I am too good to be giving a chance to any man just to be nice. I don’t owe them anything. I owe myself a full and empowered life and that is where I am investing my love.

it’s never too late to start again. 5pm on a thursday can be your new monday. you don’t have to wait until the new year to better yourself. time is an illusion, don’t forget that. just because you woke up at 1pm, it doesn’t mean you messed your whole day up and that you can’t turn the mood around. it’s never too late to start again!!!!!
