[ sms ; derek ] Oh please, I lived on pizza during college. Joe’s 2 dollar slice was heaven.

[ sms ; derek ] Order placed. XL meat lovers.

Soon the nurse was calling her back and weighing her and taking her blood pressure before escorting her back to the exam room. Lydia sits up on the exam table.

Sal was allowed to go with her, and sat in the seat next to the table, “So they’ll just be doing a small examination, a blood test and an ultrasound. It’s all really standard.”

It also means I’ve been rewatching the first 3 eps of discovery, and now I want to make an rp blog for that.

At the very least I also want a Star Trek verse.

[ sms ; Derek ] and I hope that nephew gets a good bit of karma catches up to that nephew.

[ sms ; Derek ] and he wonders why I haven’t given him an allowance yet. He has the money management skills of his father.

[ sms ; Derek ] Either you just got back from a run and you’re craving sugar.

She bites her lip, "I feel like I know nothing right now…” she jokes. She hands over her insurance card to the receptionist and takes her copay before they’re sitting in the chairs and she’s flipping through a parenting magazine.

“Which I get. But you also have to remember that if someone does say no right now, that doesn’t mean no forever. I’ve heard of couples who’ve terminated pregnancies when they were younger, only to end up with 3 or 4 kids once they’re in a much more stable situation. But there’s also people who have families at young ages and do just fine. It’s case by case.”

She parks the car and shuts it off, “I know. I haven’t really talked with my parents about it, but Nana Martin left me some money when she died and it would be a good amount to be comfortable with if that’s the route we decide…” She glances at the time, “Ready to head in?”

She quiet as they sit at a red light and she taps her fingers against the steering wheel and says nothing until they’re almost to the doctor’s office, “Honestly I don’t know what we’re going to do, but Stiles is going to be an amazing dad and…I can’t imagine anyone better to be a dad than him…”

She let the silence rest, just drinking her coffee and watching the cars go by, before turning back to Lydia when she spoke, “So ... if you’re pregnant, you’re thinking that you’d want to keep the baby and raise them?”
