the more i think about it, the more i LOVE this introduction. i love that it was a loud and clear statement that no one on the stage was there to replace him. and there’s no way and there never will be a way to replace him, but if there’s someone who could fill those shoes for a while, it’s a multitude of people, a whole crowd of thousands of people. and even that’s not enough, but it’s a starting point. i hope they keep this introduction forever and they say it at every show i hope they keep mentioning Chester forever
