After all, he knows Clark Kent works at a newspaper that often publishes about him, Clark himself did an article on a Martha Wayne Foundation initiative. Thereās a poster for a fashion spread he did outside of Clarkās favourite coffee shop. Heās heard Clark talking about how he had a crush on Bruce Wayne in college. While it may have not been his choice, Superman is the closest person to him other than his family, maybe Superman knowing his identity is a good thing.

The rest of the JL has no idea there was even a face reveal at all.
