It's not hard to have hope for Palestine. To hope for a brighter future. What is hard, however, is to admit that that better future will have costed hundreds of thousands of lives, will cost thousands more. What is hard, is to live with the bloodshed Israel causes. I hope for Palestine, but it does not save the dead. What hope is there once everyone is dead?

Hope isn't enough. Hope does not make salvation. Hope does not stop the bullets or the bombs, as much as wish it did. Action does. Israel will not be stopped by hope, nor will Palestinians be saved. We must do something. We must act. Fight back, in what way we can. Fight back, to keep hope alive.

While everyone watches silently hundreds of us are being killed for two days we are trying to survive can you imagine that you are just trying to survive this is very scary and horrific while the world lives in peace and tranquility and a normal life and freedom of choice and entertainment. And there is a place called Gaza that is being subjected to genocide and ethnic cleansing doesn’t that make you feel something don’t you feel human are your hearts broken or what why is this happening please save us and make our voices and stories reach the whole world please don’t stop talking about us one day history will come and remember everything that happened history will remember a massacre that claimed the lives of more than 70 thousand people and who knows maybe more the number is still rising and rising it will remember where you were at this time and also it will remember that there are countries that launched naval fleets to aid Gaza and it will remember that a country separated from us only by a fence is preventing us from water and food all of this will be mentioned believe me choose which side you will be on you are the decision makers and you are the ones who can help

What hurts me the most is the betrayal, really (I appreciate everyone’s circumstances and thank you for your participation), but when you see that 430 people participated and not a single one donated, I feel as if everyone abandoned us. yo hey US people who sent in absentee ballots, they are tossing mail-in ballots for no reason. i just had to call my county board of elections and demand a cure for my ballot because north carolina didn't send out any notices of issues with ballots, and the issues are fake. if you voted by mail-in make sure your ballot was actually counted

it was a lose-lose for non usamericans anyway. but i feel for everyone plain and regular that's gonna have their life be living hell for the next four years. leave your house more and seek out your own community and build your own collaborative space with your closest neighbours and look out for each other as the paradigms shift. theres nothing youll need more than understanding and generosity and solidarity & nothing youll regret about extending them to the regular people youll live around for the next four years
