Bruce dragged him across that floor in that abandoned building as if he was solidifying the fact that not only did he bring down a God, he can parade that achievement too. For a man who claims to only want to take down Superman out of necessity and because the 'fate of the world depended on it' dragging him like he's a spoil of war is purely an Egoistic choice. Pure theatrics, this man.

Bruce […] is wearing a tight black shirt with washed out gray jeans that looks like an ensemble on what he could wear on a casual maintenance day in the Wayne Hangar.

Bruce stands, makes a show of rotating one of his shoulders, as if limbering for a fight. The muscles of his arms bunch just then, ghosts of light criss-cross scars line his forearms, and Clark realizes he’s staring, but lucky for him, Hazel is staring too. She turns towards him, her eyebrows turned upward, a mystified smile on her face before she takes one glove off and thumps it on Clark’s chest. “Look alive, kid.” She smiles, taps his chin once, then shakes her head.

Across from them, seemingly oblivious, Bruce lifts his palms high in the sky, before stretching backward, making his shirt ride up, revealing the hairs on his navel.

Clark swallows, then looks at Hazel to see if she saw that too, an apologetic smile on his face already. “Christ,” Hazel says, “What the hell are they feeding you all out there?”

If you had dozens of Batmen from all different universes in a room do you think a lot of them would avoid Ben Affleck's batman because they would be lowkey afraid of him because he lost Dick?

Absolutely. Because they know their own propensity for violence and losing Robin like that would tempt them to cross that line out of sheer grief and anger.

I think what’s more chilling is how calm that Bruce/Batman is on the surface level. He hoards that grief and anger for when they matter most, and that is freaky. Because you don’t know when it’ll come out, and how deep it goes.

Imagine the JL meeting that version of Bruce/Batman and thinking he must be one of the lucky Batman’s. But he’s actually the worst of them all, he lost the most, he fought the hardest for it, he went to places his counterparts haven’t gone. But at first glance he’s an older, wiser Batman who makes sly jokes, speaks with eye more than his mouth, and has impeccable manners (from Alfred) (because they’re one of the only structures he has left in his life).
