đ¸||The Bloody Crown
Nezuko had felt something was off that evening as she walked home from the flower shop. The streets that accompanied the store was littered with people taking either a leisurely stroll or heading to and fro work. Something in her body had felt off that elicited soft groans and grunts of pain at the uncomfortable feeling, like something was about to burst from out of her body. Her breathing was labored and pained as she walked onward, her face flushed as if feverish. She just couldnât escape the thought that something was wrong.
Something is wrong, something is wrong, something is wrong-
The feeling was a mixture of something building and something being lost. The overwhelming part was what felt like it was building, but at the feeling of loss tears stung her pink eyes, threatening to spill but she held them in even though it blurred her vision. Once she reached the slums and had made it to the place where her and her brother dwell she felt a sense of relief wash over her. If Brother would just pat her head, hold her in his arms and tell her it was ok, surely then this overbearing pain would vanish.Â
The more she approached the shack the more it became unbearable as if she had held it in for far too long. The tears finally spilled out and she fell to her knees and let out a scream that seemed to release everything that was building up within her. She raised her head and screamed at the heavens. What was this sense of loss like she had lost something precious? The building hit a fever pitch and the all too familiar aura enveloped her body, that deep crimson that had been his aura. It enveloped her like a warm, gentle hug.Â
As she screamed something in the sky flickered and then a large sword appeared over head. Nezuko couldnât make sense of itâs form from where she sat but the moment it appeared the pain she felt ceased. She understood now that what had been building inside of her body was power and now that it had been released and taken form she felt better, at least about that.Â
But Nezuko could not shake that feeling of loss. Something was wrong. This was his power inside of her but she couldnât exactly feel him anymore. That feeling told her all she needed to know. Her King was no longer of this world anymore and the crown had been passed down. The innate feelings that told her this, even though she couldnât understand how or why she just knew, made her scream once again into the heavens as the tears streamed down her face without showing signs of stopping.Â

Daffodils || Sukuna & Nezuko
The girl who was helping him seemed oddly cheerful, and something about that fact pissed him off. He had no reason or right to really be irritated considering she was helping him (and just doing her job), and yet he couldnât hide the scowl that was starting to form. Deep down, he knew that is was a quiet envy that was trying to take shape within him. Sukuna hadnât been able to smile in such a way sinceâŚsince Jungle was taken down. They were leftover scraps of something that had once been great, now without a place in the world.
Sukuna wondered why Yukari thought something as simple as some flowers would somehow remedy that.Â
âWhatâre you so cheerful forâŚ? There ainât anything to celebrate.â His question and following statement had meant to stay inside of his head, but somehow the words slipped out, and although the green clansmen noticed, he didnât seem all that bothered by it.
It wasnât a big deal. He was already here, already had the money, and the girl was already heading off to find the flowers he requested. Doing this would clear that weird mission too, wouldnât it? He had little choice but to follow her to the glass door, despite how she had strangely paused and shut her eyes instead of giving him an immediate response like he had wanted.
She didnât seem to really speak in full sentences eitherâŚstrange, but much better than the other girl around his age that he had met. Really, anyone was better than that explosion girl who rambled endlessly about things no one gave a shit about. Sure enough, she had led him directly to the daffodils. He had never paid much mind to the flowers before, but the bright yellow was blinding, and not in a good way.Â
He couldnât say he particularly liked them at first glance, and he certainly had no desire to actually look at them closely. âBouquet,â he answered quickly. Despite his indifference towards plants like those in general, he found himself leaning over a bit to see better. ââŚThe yellow ones are fine, ainât they?â He didnât really love the yellow, but the white wasâŚboring, werenât they?
Nezukoâs smile vanished, replaced with confusion and a curious tilt of her head as she considered what he meant and why his words seemed laced with something sharp that she couldnât quite place her finger on. Sheâd dealt with the occasional cranky customer now and again, but generally they got over it the longer their exchange carried on. Nezukoâs smile and overall cheerful demeanor that was free of any malice was the reason the owner cunningly had decided to have Nezuko main customer service. She had become something of a mascot now for the store.Â
âCheerful cause.. Youâre here! Celebrate the... meeting!â She tried to put it into words and smiled as she couldnât just very well say she was happy that someone was here to now take her boredom away, but she also loved doing her job and meeting new people. This was the first time someone around her age had come in by their self, but he didnât seem too happy about it.Â
âOk! Yellow Daffodil bouquet!â She repeated the order to make sure sheâd heard him right and waited in case he had any corrections to make. Seeing as how there werenât any, Nezuko collected a handful of the yellow daffodilâs from where they were displayed and scurried over to the counter, setting them down and then hurried off to find thick parchment paper to wrap them up in. Once she laid the flowers onto the paper she stared at them with a âHmâ, her lips spread then in thought.Â
The bouquet looked kind of boring just with only one type of flower so she once again scurried off around the store, grabbing a handful of Babyâs Breath and then returned to the counter where the daffodilâs lay. She arranged the flowers neatly and then wrapped them up. It must have been the most simple bouquet sheâd ever made but the Babyâs Breath really added a nice touch to it. She beamed accomplished at her work and then held up the bouquet for the silver haired boy to see.Â
âThat it?â She questioned giving him a cheerful smile. âThatâs a thousand yen please!â This line was much more practiced and came out less fragmented than most of her speech, but a simple bouquet like this only cost the equivalent of ten dollars. As shown on the board behind her that contained the pricing, he could rest easy knowing that he was paying for the standard cheap bouquet and wasnât charged at all for the Babyâs Breath.Â
âWhat flowers for?â She tilt her head once more, giving him a questioning look as she set the daffodil bouquet carefully on the counter directly in front of him and waited for the money, her practiced fingers hovering over the keyboard connected to the computer in front of her.Â

Ran smiled brightly at the girlâs enthusiasm. It made her happy to see other people find joy in something new, especially if that happened to be her favorite hobby. The girl had listened to every word, and she found it endearing how happy she was. âYouâre welcome! I hope you enjoy it. Youâre always welcome to come back any time you need help or more flowers.âÂ
Maybe it was a bit sentimental of her, but she always found it sort of heartwarming whenever someone began to garden for the first time. It made her think back to the very first plants sheâd tried to take care of. Of course, she hadnât been very good at it starting out, but sheâd armed herself with as much knowledge as sheâd possibly need and improved. Now she was in the situation where she could impart that knowledge on others and help them out.Â
Her smile softened at the girlâs question, having noted she seemed to have some difficulty with her speech, but it was still easy to understand. âItâs nice to meet you, Nezuko-san,â she smiled easily. âMy name is Ran. Well, some of the younger customers call me Plant LadyâŚâ she laughed sheepishly, shaking her head.Â
âOh, feel free to let me know how its growing any time. Iâm always here.â
âMm! Will come back!â She promised enthusiastically, knowing that while she couldnât come and frivolously spend money, that at the very least she could come ask for advice as she did her best to raise the plant she was given with the utmost care and attention. Though if the owner of the store she worked at needed to run more errands sheâd volunteer as much as she could. She didnât mind running them and now she liked the lavender haired girl with the pretty smile.
âOk! Ran... Plant Lady!â Nezuko was a teenager, but her child-like innocence and happiness due to her trauma made her act and seem much younger than she actually was. She was still young, but not young enough to go around calling people Plant Lady like she was a middle schooler, even though she would address anyone how they wanted to be addressed or referred to themselves as. Ran was short and sweet so she resolved to remember that instead.
Nezuko shifted the bags around, adjusting the weight a bit as it was starting to weigh down her arms and once sheâd positioned them a little more comfortably, she bowed her head as she was taught to do at the flower store. Once she raised her head she beamed energetically once again. âOk! Will take care of plants! Take care, Ran!â
With that being said, Nezuko waved to the girl and hurried out of the store, her footsteps light and airy as she remained mindful of her luggage on her way back to the flower store.
wisteriahillâ:
Ran smiled warmly at the question and nodded. âItâs a little different, yes. In arranging, the flowers are already grown. Their stems are clipped right? It makes it easier to place them as you like. Of course, you can do the same with gardening but it mostly happens while the flower is still a seed. You can plant a few different seeds in the same pot, so itâs sort of like a muchâŚslower form of arrangement you could say. Some people use the big pots like that, planting a variety of flowers together, though itâs general much easier to keep them to their own pots. Their roots have much more room to grow and get more nutrients,â she explained. âThe flowers also last a little longer because they still have their roots.âÂ
Maybe that explanation was too vague though? She wasnât entirely sure how to explain it properly, given there were similarities. âTheyâre both for decoration though, but gardening requires constant care for the flowers, so they arenât too different.â And in her mind, both a gardener and a florist regarded their flowers with the utmost care to create something beautiful. âPlus gardening includes much more than flowers, like vegetables or fruit, even herbs for cooking.âÂ
She was happy to see the girl was interested in trying, but she certainly looked a bit sad at the subject of money. Well, nothing to worry about there. Ranâs smile brightened as she gave a soft laugh. âNot to worry. If youâre interested, I can get you started on the house. We have little starter kits just for this!â she grinned proudly. She selected a small plastic pot, and a small bag of dirtâjust enough to fill up a pot of that size, and after a moment of examining the seed packets, she selected one that would be easy for a beginner.Â
She slid them into another bag and offered it to the girl. âHere, as a gift for listening to me go on and on about it. These seeds are relatively low maintenance. When you put the soil in the pot, just poke your pinky finger into the dirt up to about the first knuckle, and then put a seed there, then cover it up! Thereâs an assortment of colors included in this pack, so itâll be fun to see how they all turn out. It also only needs minimal sunlight so you could keep it on a windowsill inside if you want, and it only needs to be watered once a day and you can pick whatever time you want to do that. Sound good?â
Nezuko balled her fists, holding them up to her chest as she nodded her head vigorously at the girlâs words. For someone whose speech was limited she never had a problem understanding someone. It was a lot to take in but Nezuko made sure to listen to it all in full.Â
âGot it..!â She spoke determinedly as she accepted the other bag. It was weighty and the along with the other bag it was starting to get a bit heavy. Her arms would probably grow tired if she didnât leave soon. Nezuko examined the bags in her grip, peeking into the new one the other offered her then looked up, smiling. âThank you!â She beamed. She couldnât wait to see what would end up growing.
âWill do... best! My best!â She had come here for an errand but had learned a lot and even gained a gift out of it. Overall it was a good day. Though now that she thought of it she hadnât gotten the workerâs name. âWhat your name..?â Her smile faded as she tilted her head, looking curiously at the lavender haired woman. âWhat is..â She corrected herself, remembering that sometimes when she spoke with her brother that he would sometimes correct her. She wanted to make him happy so she did her best to do better.Â
âI am Nezuko!â Sheâd gotten much better at introducing herself, seeing as her job required her to interact with customers, even though the bulk of it was playing with the flowers.Â

âNezuko-chan? Such a pretty name!â Subaru exclaimed, bursting into a wide grin. Though she looked to be in her early teens age-wise, her method of speaking definitely gave a different, more childish impression. That combined with her round face and large pink eyes, she was just way too cute, he had to conclude. âMhm, mhm, really the perfect little sister.â If he could take her away and have her as his own little sister to look after⌠Well, of course, first heâd need to get a few things in his life in order, but after that, heâd love nothing more. Being an only child got too lonely sometimes.
In response to the grasping of his sleeve, he took the girlâs slender hand into his own, and looked at her with firm resolve. âBy the way, calling me by my full name is really a mouthful. Itâs okay to just say âSubaruâ. Oh, and here.â He fished the pack of sweets heâd purchased earlier at the store out of his pocket and handed it to Nezuko. âI wasnât really sure if you like this kind of thing or not, but itâll make my heart sad if you donât at least try it, okay?â
âHehe..â Nezuko beamed as Subaru complimented her name, his excitement contagious. When Subaru grabbed her hand she blinked, tilting her head once he began to dig into his pockets for something. She planted her wide, pink eyes on him curiously, a sparkle in them as soon as she saw the sweets and then accepted them from him. âThank you..!â She wanted to try them and nodded vigorously in agreement that sheâd definitely try them later. In fact, she was hoping to keep them to share with her brother.Â
âIâll try with... Brother, later.â She told him so heâd know she wouldnât break the promise and then pocketed the sweets into her jeans. They probably wouldnât get ruined or squished in there.. Probably. But now that she had looked down she noticed the red that had dried on her shirt that looked more like a deep brown color. She really liked this shirt too.. Not that she had very many shirts in her possession.
âThank you, Subaru!â She decided to put aside her dirtied shirt and thank Subaru, this time only using his name once as directed. âWill... repay.â It took her a moment to figure out the right word to say, as she still had some trouble speaking, but the more she interacted with others the better she got. Putting all that aside, even if Subaru hadnât acknowledged her inquiry about their friendship, Nezuko decided to still see him as a friend, and now she was curious about him.Â
âSubaru is.. how old? Subaru is... where from? Subaruâs... three sizes?â At each question Nezuko tilted her head, her finger placed against her chin in thought. She had no idea what that last question meant, but sheâd seen it on a tv show once and she remembered there being laughter following it.
Daffodils ||Sukuna & Nezuko
@laminaeroseaâ
âSukuna! Flower shop! Flower shop!â
âI know, you stupid bird! I get it already!â The young boy shooed away the green feathered parrot that usually accompanied Yukari, knowing the bird wouldnât stick around anyway. He was always perched on Yukariâs shoulder and very rarely Sukunaâs, which he assumed was due to his small frame. Regardless, it didnât matter much to him. The bird hanging around him all the time would only manage to slow him down, one way or another. He watched the bird fly off, no doubt returning to Yukari with a small amount of satisfaction. After Nagare and Iwa left them, Kotosaka had gotten quieterâŚlistless even. Sukuna had too, but he wouldnât admit that to anyone. Not directly.
Jungle was essentially no more, having no king. His power however, remained even after he had been informed of his Kingâs final momentsâŚor at least, what he thought to be his final moments. Even now, the Jungle app shouldnât have been working as it was. Why was he suddenly getting missions again with high point rewards? They were trivial tasks, and it wasnât as if he needed the points anymore as a J-rankâŚand without Nagare. He wanted to ignore it, really, but he couldnât shake the feeling that something else was going on. Yukari didnât seem to be playing a prank on him, Iwa had diedâŚNagare had presumably died with him. And yetâŚ
ââŚWhat kind of game are you trying to play now, Nagare?â Sukuna sighed and swiped at his PDA screen before placing it back into his pocket. Not only had the sudden new mission been suspicious, but after Yukariâs initial shockâŚhe had the nerve to give him a list of specific flowers to get! What did he look like, getting a bouquet for a guy! Especially a guy like YukariâŚSukuna wasnât cut out for this! Maybe Yukari really was playing a prank on himâŚit couldnât have been that Iwa or Nagare were trying to get him up and off of his game systems or anythingâŚthey were gone! They had left them behind andâŚno, he couldnât let himself get emotional now. He wasnât some baby after all. Sure the terrible, boring, mundane mission of visiting the flower shop couldnât have been explained, but if Yukari wanted flowers to brighten up the place they were currently stayingâŚcouldnât he at least come along?
Sukuna spent a few minutes lingering outside the shop as if going inside would somehow bring misfortune to him, but he did eventually step inside. The mission shouldâve been completed with that alone, but he heard no jingle to indicate his success. There mustâve still been somethingâŚfor now, heâd have to focus on getting the flowers. Where were the employees? The J-ranker scanned the shop, his eyes landing on a girl who looked to be a similar age to him, with long dark hair and pale pink eyes. It was strange a girl their age was working here, but he wasnât exactly one to talk.
ââŚYou. Iâm looking for daffodilsâŚdo you have them here?â His question was rather direct and phrased a bit too casually, but it was just in his nature. At the very least, he wasnât particularly agitated or loud just yet. He was too worried about the mission.
âFuu...â The girl lapsed into silence although she had the most pleased and relaxed expression on her face. It had been a really busy week. Nezuko had found herself running to and fro from one end of the store to the next, collecting this flower or this flower and arranging them in whatever ways the orders her boss handed to her. By now, she was fairly confident she no longer needed to match the names with those on the paper. Now she could say without complete confidence she had memorized at least sixty percent of the flower names!
But now it appeared that the high work load had tapered down, and Nezuko was left to main the store front while her boss did.. whatever it was she did in the back. Maybe she was outside taking a smoke break. She smoked a lot. Nezuko didnât like the smell so she stayed away. Her wide, curious gaze landed on a boy who seemed to be pacing? Standing there? She blinked and tilted her head, wondering if he was going to come in or just stare inside all day but then finally the bell rang over the door frame and he entered inside.Â
âWelcome!â She smiled cheerfully, radiating an energetic smile that rivaled the brightness of a thousand suns. It was generally the smile she reserved for her brother whenever he returned home, but since this was the first customer theyâd had all day, Nezuko was ecstatic. Her boredom was finally alleviated!
âDaffodils..?â Nezuko blinked, tilting her head as she tapped a finger to her chin in thought. It sounded familiar... She closed her eyes and searched her memory for Daffodils and a vision of a bright yellow bell-shaped flower came to mind. If she remembered correctly they also came in white as well. âMm! Have daffodils!â She beamed and nodded excitedly for a moment then realized he probably wanted her to go get them for him or at least show him where they were so she scurried over to him.
âWant bouquet? Or.. Just daffodils?â She walked over to the side of the store and slid open one of the glass doors containing the said flowers. âUm.. What color?â She held out a hand, gesturing to the flowers to show the two variations in color.Â
wisteriahillâ:
Ran couldnât help the small laugh that escaped her at the girlâs words. âThey are, arenât they? Iâve always loved taking care of them, finding out the right conditions that made them grow to their full potential. The more love and care you put in, the more brilliantly they bloom.â
Sheâd always felt that way. Growing up, itâd been one of the many comforts sheâd had growing up. With both parents working such long hours, it gave her something to do, to stay occupied so the loneliness wouldnât set in. And still, over the years, it continued to be a relaxing hobby. Honestly, she couldnât have been more glad her grandmother had asked for her help in running the shop.Â
âAh, gardening is what we call growing and caring for plants. Flowers, fruit trees, even different types of grass,â she explained. âMost people keep their plants in gardens, which, one way or another lent itself to the name of the process. Some people like to keep plants indoors though, but they have to be special kinds otherwise they wonât do quite so well.â That had definitely been something sheâd learned early on when she was younger.
âI find it relaxing, honestly, but it can be hard work, so itâs not for everyone. Especially when it requires working in the heat at different points in the year. But Iâve always felt a certain amount of pride when a plant begins to bloom for the first time, or successfully grows a fruit.â She paused in her explanation to make a note of everything sheâd gathered and the price to send over the bill later, then offered the bag to the younger girl.
âDo you think youâd like to try it some time? Thereâs plenty of ways to start small, and I usually recommend some hardier flowers that will thrive even with minimal care, since itâs easy to forget to water them regularly when you just start out.â
Nezuko tilted her head as she listened carefully to the lavender haired girlâs words. Gardening sounded different from what she did so she decided to ask. âGardening different... from arranging?â Thatâs what the owner of the flower shop she worked at had called what Nezuko did. Flower arrangements.Â
The teen grabbed the bag from the other girl and beamed. âThank you!â Her fingers curled around the bag loops and she didnât bother to check over anything, trusting that the girl she was speaking to knew what she was doing. If anything was amiss the owner could just send her back.
It seemed today she had been monitoring Nezuko a lot more closely and having her run about doing small tasks instead of helping out at the shop doing her normal routine. It was ever since that day sheâd injured herself. Oh, well. The owner was really nice and she was still getting paid so thatâs all that mattered in her mind.
At the other girlâs question, Nezuko nodded her head without hesitation. âYes! But..â Her earnest smile vanished and was replaced with concern. âCanât.. buy.â She was only out on an errand after all. Everything on this trip was paid for by the owner. She couldnât spare a single cent for anything. All her money went to her brother who seemed to know how to manage it responsibly. Nezuko didnât really understand it but she trusted him!

Subaru watched the girl as she rose to her feet. Curious, he followed the direction of her gaze to the flower shop. Come to think of it, wasnât it right outside of that same flower shop that the girl had first grabbed his attention? Then, once the shopâs owner bolted out to fuss over the kid, the understanding that the two were, in some way, related dawned on him. By her reaction, she seemed to be some sort of caretaker for the girl, although they didnât look similar enough for Subaru to suspect that they were blood-related. Ultimately, it wasnât like it mattered.
Nezukoâs smile faded as the male scolded her in a way akin to what her brother normally did. âOk.. Will try.â She nodded her head vigorously, balling her tiny fists up to show that sheâd taken his words to heart and would uphold them to the best of her abilities. She didnât want a repeat of that situation either but it did give her one good outcome in that sheâd met someone really nice.
âSubaru?â With her fists still held up, the girl had ceased nodding her head in favor of tilting it as she blinked up at him. âSubaru.. Natsuki.. Subaru... Natsuki.. Subaru Natsuki!â She had learned that if she repeated things enough times sheâd remember it. She smiled cheerfully as she teetered up and down on her feet. âMy name... Nezuko Kamado!âÂ
Her smile faded as she stared at the male her brows knit as she tried to articulate what she wanted to say but couldnât think of the words. Her vocabulary was still a bit limited but she knew exactly how she felt just not how to convey any of it. âSubaru Natsuki.. with... Nezuko...â How did she ask someone to be her friend? She unballed her fists and placed one on the sleeve of his shirt, clutching it as she stared up at him with wide eyes. She hoped that was enough to convey what she wanted.

Her grandmother had told her business had definitely improved since sheâd come to help a year ago, but part of her thought she was just saying that. Though it wasnât like it really mattered. She enjoyed the work, and it was always a relief to find a job that was actually something she enjoyed. It never felt like workâŚ.well, except whenever heavy lifting was required.
She was in the middle of moving one of the plants into a bigger pot to accommodate its growth when the bell over the door chimed and a younger girl walked in. âGood morning,â she returned in kind, smiling as she slid the gloves off her hands and set them aside to take the list from the girl.
âAhh, so youâre working at that flower shop, huh? My grandma loves the arrangements,â she smiled, recognizing the handwriting and the stationary. She was a bit surprised to see the gloves highlighted but accidents were common, and plenty of plants had thorns and trimming them off could be a pain as well. âOne moment!âÂ
Gathering the requested items, she carefully bagged them so they wouldnât be a hassle to carry, looking up for a moment to see the girl looking around the store. âDo you like gardening?â she found herself asking, pleased to see the girl seemed so interested in the store. Since she was the one handling most things now, the layout of the shop and its plants had fallen into her control. Sheâd done her best to keep the plants as healthy as possible, while also making sure the shop felt comfortable and inviting.
âIf youâre interested, I can always provide tips or help you out. Itâs always been a hobby of mine, and Iâve always enjoyed helping people.â
Nezuko turned back towards the lady and beamed, taking the comment about the arrangements as a compliment since she was primarily helping with that. She nodded her head as the lady left to gather the items and Nezuko turned her attention back to the shelves behind her. These particular shelves held interest as they were adorned with a lot of decorative pieces that were meant to accompany flowers, such a fake butterflies or lady bugs. Nezuko had no idea what they were for but thought they were interesting to look at nonetheless. Once the lady returned Nezukoâs attention was captured away again.
âHmm..â Nezuko blinked at her with wide, pink eyes as she thought over the question she posed. âDonât... know.â She had never tried gardening. Was it different from what she was doing at the shop? But she did know one thing. âFlowers... pretty.âÂ
She gave another smile as she thought about the pretty shapes, smells, and colors that flowers possessed. âWhat gardening..?â The teen tilted her head as she regarded her once more with those wide, curious eyes.Â

When Nezuko finished work that evening she bid farewell to the Florist and raced home to see her brother. The best part of her day was when she got to see him and so she skipped along the sidewalk, humming the tune to some song sheâd heard playing in the shop earlier that day that had stuck with her. The place she worked at was located on a street that was lined with shops. Traffic tended to be heavy during certain times of the day at night, but right now there were hardly any cars going by. Even so, she would obey the rules of the road as dictated by her brother, who was very thorough about Nezuko being careful.Â

The night was eerily silent and empty. The streets that were normally packed with cars were practically silent. After Sakuma had finished playing a show that night with his group he decided to take a stroll in the town. It was a warm night so he decided to forgo his jacket in favor of an airy, black t-shirt and black jeans. He hadnât made it far when his nose picked up the all too familiar scent of blood.

Nezuko was passed out for a good while. Her consciousness faded in and out and finally became more alert when she heard the beeping from Sakumaâs phone when he dialed the police. âNngh..â She blinked slowly, her vision hazy as she lifted her head to focus on the dark blur before her.
She still felt weak and didnât feel like moving at all. She really wanted to sleep but something told her she should stay awake at least for now. Her pink eyes eventually adjusted and registered the form of a man dressed in dark clothes who was fiddling with a phone. She assumed the noises that roused her conscious were because of that. Now that she thought of it it wasnât very comfortable sleeping like this, on a hard cement floor with her head resting against a brick wall. Not to mention her body was damp thanks to the blood that had pooled around her body.
Speaking of blood, whatever happened to her injury? She looked down at her legs and noted that blood had strangely hardened. She attempted to move them but was still too weak. As she watched them she felt the all too familiar sensation that came with her body righting itself. There was pressure and movement but never any pain. Her bones shifted back into place and any missing pieces regrew. Next came her muscles and veins then finally her skin.
Now that her legs were pristine and brand new, she attempted to wiggle her toes and found that they worked just fine. Her shoes, unfortunately, were still a mangled mess so she decided when her strength returned sheâd toss them. Her interest in her healed legs now gone she turned her gaze back to the male standing before her. âHello..â she greeted him, not knowing if she should trust him or not.
đ
Nezuko had no idea who this strange girl was, but she was pretty and smelled nice. And she was also soft and warm. The girl smiled contently and returned the hug, embracing the other girl tightly.Â

Nezuko nodded at his request to keep still as she extended her finger out towards the male, watching curiously as he dug through his bag. She could feel the pressure of the bandages being wrapped tightly around her finger and even though he warned her to keep it straight she wasnât sure she could have moved it if she tried. âMn, mn!â She nodded her head to show she would do as she was told then used her other hand to take the water and drink it.Â
