Cold air, hot destination, revving engines, and all in-between.

Besides the skittering of strange cones or tires, it's almost silent.
Flesh stained a lot of the area.
Listen close.
Faintly hear the rumbles of a car engine.
...More than one car engine.
Picking up a flamethrower, what seemed to have been a good idea after avoiding all the freaky creatures down here, seems to have awakened something much, much worse.
You don't know how, or why, but you know this thing is coming for you.
A ringleader of some sorts, it'll take you down with it.
The only options you have is what you do about it.
OOC under cut
oh no,,,,, addiction strikes again /SILLY
this isn't JUST hellride mind you. You can question EVERYYBODDYYYYY..... however if you do a general question that isn't really directed at any of them specifically it'll probably go to hellride.

Something drags itself into the parking garage from the outside. Something huge, judging by the sound it makes as it does alone, every misshapen limb making a loud thud as it comes into contact with the ground.
You can smell it before you see it - it smells of blood and... Saltwater? That's odd. You're not anywhere near the sea...
( @k1ll3r-w41l )
The scent of blood would attract any beast around these parts. Down here, that means injury. Injury means weakness. And weakness means a quick meal. To the most of them, at least. Yes, the saltiness mixed in with it was odd, but it's certainly caught attentions.
Two attentions. A clawed pitter-clacking that seemed cautious in nature, and an eager, piercing noise of sirens, accompanied by red and blue flashing. It cut the first noise, the first creature, off. Clearly, somebody wanted to make sure it could get the first bite. Sounded big. Sounded mechanical. Like a car.
...oh. Yeah. That- that sure is a car. Moving and everything. Clearly the source of the sirens and lights, too. Mechanical seems a bit inaccurate though, considering half of the thing was, in fact, organic.
Thankfully, it didn't seem to be barreling head-first into the unknown. It was drifting at a more curious pace. Didn't mean its hands still held tight its weapons, but at least there won't be any more crashes.
[The thudding and scraping seemed to be getting closer, the sound almost rhythmic as it slowly got louder and louder, accompanied by... Clicking?]
[Not mechanical clicking, either - it sounded more like a whale or orca...]
[Eventually, the huge shape came into view, seemingly an almost shapeless blob with many long tendrils in the darkness, illuminated only by dozens of blue, glowing freckles lining its enormous body. It stopped moving for a little while, though it continued to click, the sound reverberating in the huge, ambient parking garage.]
[With a low rumble, it eventually continued its slow, but steady crawl, seemingly heading in the direction of the sewers...]
Hmmm. Certainly not something they saw every day. Add it to the list, it supposed. The officer's face furrowed, seemingly annoyed that the thing was unfazed by its presence. Even with the lights, sound- even the dogs started barking and growling! Was that not enough? As if matching it, the cop car paused for a few seconds or so, before continuing at a faster speed.
And, just in-case, they raised a gun-
-Bang! Not actually hitting anything, of course- with how close it was getting, there's no way it couldn't have decent aim- but still demanding to be addressed. Does this guy ever NOT cause problems? Look for a fight? It's gotten down how to be pretty dang obnoxious, that's for sure.
[The creature lifted its head to look Cop Car in the eyes - revealing a cavernous, toothy maw that seemed to extend further along the length of its body, almost as if it was unsuccessfully split in half. But judging by the red stains on its many, MANY steak knife-like teeth, the blood the denizens of the garage were able to smell most likely belonged to its previous meal...]
[The creature emitted a loud, grumbling bellow, its unblinking eyes fixed on the car's "driver". It sounded less like a threat and more like a warning. A "get out of my way" of sorts.]
Hmmmm. Despite all the warning signs, yeah, it could work with this. Obviously, it's not gonna back off without some convincing. Never have, never will! It'll take more than a warning to scare it off. It hisses at the creature, somehow being heard over the canine vocalizations from right under themself.
It was going to perhaps lunge, or maybe fire some more bullets, but it felt a lurch over its whole body and a weight on the roof of the car. And a suspiciously windshield wiper-shaped object batting at its head, too. That. That's an important detail.
On the plus side, while the cop car was fighting off that damn half-living, half-dead piece of animal matter, the car (maybe the dogs instead?) backed up a bit. Perhaps to shake the roadkill off, or perhaps it decided a 2v1 wasn't the best circumstance, but. There's more of an opening for the aquatic fellow, ay? Was that the little guy's intention??
[The creature did not move for a while, observing the other two cursed. The way was still very much blocked, and there was only so much it could squeeze through... Oh well. Perhaps it's time to actually try and scare them off...]
[The sheet volume of the scream causes it to bounce off the walls of the parking garage. Quite a quick way to make your presence known to anything and everything dwelling in the dark...]
A half-bitten scream comes from the weaker of the two. It was easier to tumble off the side of the other than one would think, huh? Ah, well. Roadkill doesn't have the best balance, give it a break. Still, so much for being helpful...
The officer. Did not like that. Well- obviously, but something about these kinds of real loud sounds... so!
[Cop Car fires a single pistol shot!]
Retaliation was a given. It would've just sicced the K-9s on 'em, but, it wanted to be quick this time. Give it little time to react.
[The beast recoiled, the shot landing somewhere around its shoulder. Well, one of its many shoulders. Unable to close its mouth enough to hiss in pain, as they it would've otherwise done, it let out something between a gurgle and a grunt.]
[It backed away, slowly... Then charged!]
[With it fully in view, you could see its true size - though not by much, it surpassed the cop car in both length and height, tentacles grabbing onto the concrete support pillars of the parking garage to propel itself forward and tossing aside the other, non-sentient cars as if they were mere toys.]
[Though it had a now obvious weakness, it was still big, pissed off, and currently barrelling towards the cop car at an alarming speed.]
Was it prepared for this? UHM. Maybe? It's fought the Hellride before and came out alive, how hard could THIS be??!?!! Right??
One half of its ability to walk not really being their own had its advantages, at times. Like now. Sharper turns, faster reaction time. At the cost of being disorganized- take what you can get and all that. Its current plan was to swerve out of the way (almost running over a panicking Roadkill), and then attack back.
[Cop Car uses Reckless Driving!]
Fuuuuuckkkkk- STOP FUMBLING WITH THEIR DAMN WEAPONS.
[The Kraken was stopped in its tracks again, the shotgun blast dealing considerably more damage, wounding the beast further as a whole chunk of one of it's tentacles was blown off by the blast. As if it wasn't already leaving a trail of blood in its wake...]
[Almost immediately, however, it charged again, picking up speed as it barrelled....
...Completely past the Cop Car, heading further into the garage, dead-set on its route to the sewers.]
[Wait. Huh??]
[It was... Escaping. Or, at least, trying to, only to be stopped by a door that was maybe a third of its height.]
[The beast backed up, then slammed head-first into the doorway again, desperately trying to squeeze through as its guttural calls grew louder and more frequent. It didn't seem angry, just... Frustrated.]
[It kept trying to fit through, but to no avail, until it seemingly out of frustration, opted to slam its own head into a wall instead - obviously, to no effect. If it wasn't a giant monster, it'd be almost a little pathetic...]
[Reeling from the self-inflicted impact, it made one last attempt to fit through the door... And finally, at the cost of the doorframe and a bit of the wall itself, it dragged itself onto the other side. There was another call, a loud splash as it entered the water, then... Nothing.]
The officer glances to the currently-hidden-behind-some-non-damaged-cars Roadkill. No idea how to even react to that. They feel a little offended, if nothing else- IT strolls on in here, into its territory, then acts like it WASN'T the issue? Urrrghh. SWAT's gonna kill them for this. Figuratively, potentially a little literally, so maybe it's time to tend to its wounds now.
And. Roadkill's wounds. Maybe. Didn't want the Biker getting on its back too... actually, no, scratch that thought. It was just as responsible here, pulling that random stunt on it! Screw all of you.

swat truck can i hide behind you i'll be real quiet i promise :(
...it stares at you. Nnn. No. What. There are perfectly good and big enough cars right next to it. Please no.??? It doesn't have eyes back there (or... front there, supposedly). Doesn't like not knowing what things are doing behind it.
Hellriiiiiiiiiiiiide..........???? Are you the person I should talk to about whatever the heck is happening to Roadkill right now or no.......?????
No. It doesn't know how to feel about that. It saw Roadkill as a creature that had a fresh start. Absolved of the sin in its past life. Was this a sign of relapse, or had it simply been too ignorant.
