Study #8. You'll pry the ultramarine blue underpainting from my cold, dead hands.

study #7. Took I little longer with this one, about 1hr 45 mins.

study #6. Still on the hunt to find a brush I really like. rocks!

painting study #4 and #5. Painting with the default round is fun but it can be a pain.

Some face studies done in photoshop :) These each took 45 mins to 1.5 hours. I drew mostly animals as a kid, but I'm really starting to appreciate human faces more. I'll call these studies #1-3

Maw is the closest thing I've ever had to a fursona. I love furries, love drawing them, but have always gotten more joy out of drawing other people's fursonas. I've had anthro characters in films I've made, but it's always been really hard to pin down a character that represents 'me'. She's not really a singular animal, some people say she looks like a snake, but her head was more based on the headshape of stone lions. She also doesn't really have fur...
