Barney Bones

(BARNEY BONES)

While sorting through my vast memory of broken promises, and false starts, I could only think about how bad it was. Turbulent one friend referred to it as, or miserable...Fucking miserable. While jogging through the city one night, I came across a familiar sensation, fire. The smell of fire flooded my nostrils, but there were no flames or smoke, just the smell. The sensation and the idea of fire is what pushed me out of the door. When this all first sparked, I smiled a lot more. I swore that all was perfect and would be for as long as I wanted. Fast forward 755 days into the future, the smile has washed away, the taste of innocence is gone, and All that is left is the inferno, burning bright well into the night.
