how to trick your subconscious
answer: you don’t 😃
i’ve done more research over the past couple of months and the truth is...you don’t trick your subconscious at all.
’to trick’ means to cunningly deceive someone. if you’re tricking your subconscious by acting as if you’re in your reality that means you’re lying to it, and implies that *thing* is not a fact, or not true. when ‘tricking your subconscious’ you are trying to CONVINCE your own subconscious mind that you have your manifestations which means you, yourself, do not believe you are in your dr. if you did believe you were in your dr then you would not feel the need to lie to your subconscious.
if you don’t trick your subconscious then how can you get it to cooperate and make it believe you are in your 4d?
”the conscious mind impresses the subconscious mind, while the subconscious expresses all that is impressed upon it.”
this is a phrase that really stuck out to me.
the more you repeat something, the faster it becomes ingrained in your subconscious. repetition and consistency is a shortcut to aligning with your desired reality.
all you need to do is be consistent with the feeling of already having whatever you want and maintain that feeling for as long as you can. eventually it will become natural and you will fall out of alignment with the things in your 3d
that means saying affirmations regularly, revising at night and in the morning, staying in the god state, imagining talking to people in your dr- whatever it is that you do. do it as if you’re in your dr right now and your subconscious literally cannot and will not reject that.
it might take an hour, a day, a week etc for your subconscious to squash your old beliefs and perceptions but it WILL happen, it has to happen. your outer reality has to reflect your inner reality.
you can write down your affirmations in case you forget them, find a video you can use to visualize a scene, literally all you need to do is find a state you want to be in and ✨that’s it✨, stick with it and don’t react to your 3d reality.
Until lion learns to write, every story will glorifie the hunter.

just think of it the same way. the moment you affirmed you have clear skin, you have clear skin. If the mirror shows otherwise, the mirrors malfunctioning. if other people are pointing it out, it's think of it as are their eyes okay? @laogodess
This following experiment demonstrates the effect our attitudes and beliefs can have on our bodies and health. In 1985, a Harvard professor, Ellen Langer, conducted an experiment that showed people could become younger'. The professor recruited 100 people over 70 years old in the Boston area. She sent them on a 10-day vacation to a resort where she arranged the decor to resemble that of the 1950's, a time when the subjects were decades younger. She played 50's music, displayed 50's magazines and newspapers, and had the subjects dress as they did in the 50's. The professor also instructed the 100 people to "act as if they were back in the 1950's.
Physical and psychological tests were performed on the 100 subjects before and after the 10 days. In every category, the subjects tested younger. What changed? What took years off their apparent age? The only cause was a change in their thinking. Their subconscious minds accepted the concept of being younger.

Energy work exercise
From: spells for change frankie Castanea
Light a stick or cone of incense and place it on top of a flat surface. Sit around 1-3 feet away from it. Wait until the smoke begins swirling in any which way it desires, then focus on it. Focus on the incense itself, the balance of air and fire, as well as the way air behaves.
When you feel grounded, imagine the incense smoke trailing upward in a straight line. Imagine your eyes or finger having an invisible thread attached to the smoke, and when you move either one, it lengthens and straightens.
Creating an energy orb
Rub your hands together for about thirty seconds, slowly decreasing speed and intentionally relaxing the muscles in your hands. Press your hands together as if they were in traditional prayer position, except turn your wrists so that your fingers are pointing outward directly in front of you. Slowly pull your hands apart, feeling the space in between them and visualizing a white ball of energy between them. This should feel a bit like static for most people, but everyone's perception is a bit different. Play with this energy, making the ball bigger and smaller. You'll notice as you try to press your hands together it will almost feel like magnets pushing each other away. When you're done playing with your energy orb, merely shake your hands as if you were drying them while envisioning the energy dispersing like the water you were shaking off.
Energy ball game
In the flow game and switch palm game , you were concentrating on getting the energy out of you and flowing back into you. In this exercise we want to combine both flow games. In this game, place your hands about four inches apart. Instead of having the flow go from one hand to the other hand, imagine that you have a flow pushing out from both hands into the space between them. A good metaphor is if you have two water hoses turned on and spraying water out into a central point. When you stop energy from flowing into the space, you should still be able to feel the edges of the space, perhaps via a little tingle, temperature shift, or other sensation. You may be able to see something in between your hands (if you close your eyes), or you might even feel that the energy in between your hands has weight. Record any sensations you have. Attempt to keep putting more energy in between your hands till you have a "perception" that this "ball" of energy looks bigger or feels bigger, or you know it is larger.
Now that you have a lump of energy in between your hands, we are going to give the energy form. Close your eyes. Feel the unstructured energy lying in your hands. Imagine the energy as very lumpy PlayDoh. Form the protoplasm into a sphere. Visualize and feel the sphere growing harder and more solid. When I do this, I will physically compress my hands around thesphere to compact the energy. Try to add as many different senses as you can until the sphere feels more real to you. Continue to do this until the ball holds its own shape without you actively holding it together. It may take several tries. Record each attempt in your journal; in particular, pay attention to how solid the ball feels or looks. Record the texture of the ball you made, its color, etc. Write down any other information that comes to you. Repeat this exercise with a partner after you have practiced a bit, and see if you can verify that he or she can "sense" the ball in your hands.
Let's take this a little further. Imagine a playground rubber ball or handball. What does a rubber ball feel like? What does it look like? What does it sound like when it bounces? What texture does it have? What color does it have? Try to write down as many details using as many senses as you can. Create the sphere again and then ingize that the new ball has the details you wrote down. Imagine throwing of and catching it. Try this with a partner or two. If the ball loses its form, just remake it and have fun.
Switch Palm Game
In the flow game, there was probably a direction of flow between your hands after practice you could perceive a difference between your hands. You imagined that one hand was projecting energy and the other hand was receiving energy. You already know what receiving energy and projecting energy means to you. Imagine switching the roles of your hands. Take what was your receiving hand and imagine what it would be like to project from that hand. You may notice that if you have a lapse of concentration, the direction of flow will reverse; this is natural. Be patient, relax, and regain focus. Remember to have fun with it.

Relax. Rub your hands together until you feel them start to tingle (or some other sensation-the important thing to note is that they feel different). It is very important for you to record as much as you can about what the sensation is. Your hands should be red or pink. Separate your hands until you can no longer feel the sensation. It does not matter if they are not separated much, just as long as they are separated. Record the distance between your hands (just estimate it; again, don't worry if it is small or large) in your journal. Write down any impressions you feel. (What is the sensation like? Does there seem to be a direction to the sensation?) Remember, have fun.
After practicing this, begin to track the distance you are measuring between your hands. You may start to feel that there is a consistent direction of flow. You may be able to see a flow, you may "feel it," or you may even hear a current. Note which hand the energy seems to come out of and which one it goes into. Record what your perceptions are of your giving hand and your receiving hand. Repeat this exercise till you can separate your hands as far as your arms can spread and still feel the tingle.

Sensing your own energy

For this exercise you will need:
Five to ten minutes
Soap and water
A towel
In this exercise, you will learn how to access your own
personal energy at the palm chakras.
you know how to do it correctly before you move on.
I would recommend practicing it several times.
First, cleanse your hands with soap and water, paying close attention to the palms. You'll want to take a couple minutes to do so, then dry your hands on the towel. You can do this in the bathroom or kitchen sink.
Once your hands are cleansed and dried, find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed and take a few moments to get centered. Now bring the palms of your hands together, and rub them against each other or clap your hands until you start to feel the chakras open. This can be a feeling of warmth, tingling, or coldness in the center of your palms.
When you feel that your chakras are open, hold your hands about an inch apart. You should feel a mild "magnetized" sensation between your hands, like they want to come together. Got it? Good.
Each of us has a dominant hand; this is the hand where we give energy. For most of us, this is the one we write with. We also have a passive hand; this is where we receive energy. With your dominant hand, fold your fingers
so they are resting against the fleshy part of your hand, but aren't touching your palm. Stick your thumb out. You should look almost like you're trying to hitch a ride, but don't make a fist; you don't want to block your chakra.

Now hold your non-dominant hand palm up. Move your dominant hand so your thumb is parallel to your open palm, about an inch or so above it. Your thumb should touch your palm at all. Starting at the edge of your wrist, move your dominant hand in a sweeping motion toward the tips of the fingers on your non-dominant hand. What do you feel?
Ideally, you should be able to sense a variation in the energy coming from your non-dominant hand. There should be more sensation when your thumb goes over your open palm chakra than when it goes over your wrist or fingers. If you didn't feel a difference, try it again, but this time, move your dominant hand down your wrist to your elbow, then back to the palm. Be aware of the various sensations you experience; as I said, some people perceive energy as a tingle, others as heat. Also, the sensations may be veryslight to start with. This is why you need to practice the exercise until you are familiar with the way you, personally, sense energy.
Working with the chakras is very powerful. It allows us to increase the energy directed into our spells, which in turn increases the effectiveness of the spell itself. The chakras are natural "doorways" for energy to enter and exit our bodies. The latent energy that exists within us and around us is amplified at the chakras, and they serve as the best place to store raised energy and to direct energy from.
