Luk Chup is Thai desserts made of mung-bean flour with natural colouring. In the old days, Luk Chup were the sweetmeats made for the king of Siam to have after meals in the palace. I just love the way it looks - like various mini fruit and vegetables, such as chillies, cherries, oranges, mangoes, bananas, watermelons... Yum and beautiful!
