I’ve gotten drunk the last 4 days and I have a lot of ibs pain bc of it and I’m feeling bad about it

pretty sure I have adhd and I’m having a fuzzy day the more I think about it and I’m just feeling shame an embarrassment bc of my behaviors I feel like I annoy ppl and idk I’m just feeling a lot

been home for about 10 months and 2 or 3 lockdowns/stay at home orders and it’s making me sooo anxious and some weeks depressed. I smoke a lot now and am high most of the day. I exercise sometimes which makes me happy, and I also paint a lot. I painted a lot in 2020 and I hope I paint a lot more this year. I’m actually working on something right now but sometimes I have great ideas but I don’t feel experience enough (in painting) to achieve the actual vision. It can be a little frustrating but I just have to keep pushing. I miss my friends but I also missing a friendship I had with someone that’s not in my life as much anymore and it sucks. I’m hoping to become friends again when everything goes back to normal but it might be too late.
