WIP List

I sense Satoru's presence before I see or hear him: a hum in the ether, a crackling vibration in the air. Gently, he rests his hand on my hip, reaching around me to turn the shower faucet. As he does so, his head dips and he rests his lips against the part in my hair.

"I smell like airplane," I mutter, a chuckle struggling to scramble up my constricted throat. I've missed Satoru, body and soul. I feel it in the shiver that runs the length of my spine at his proximity, the breath that catches in my lungs as he presses himself closer. The mirror above the sink shows me Gojo: eyes closed, breathing me in, the stark white of his hair in such contrast with my deep brown curls. His grip on my hip tightens ever so slightly as he pulls me back against him.

"Wait!" I yell, my tone scolding as Satoru begins to slide the door open. He pauses in the doorway, not turning to look at me, and I can see the guilt in his face even though he's turned away.

"Give it back," I demand, holding my hand out.

"Give what back?" he tries, his tone falsely demure. I narrow my eyes at him.

"You know perfectly well what," I return, not interested in playing his game. Satoru turns around, a wicked smirk on his face.

"What? You don't think I look good in this?" he goes on, sliding a finger underneath the strap of my pilfered bralette. I give him a pitying smile as I stride towards him.

"You would look better in it if you weren't wearing it over your uniform," I offer, snatching the bralette back after he peels it off. He snickers to himself, before leaning forward expectantly.

"So, you're saying I should wear it for you later, then?" he drawls, biting his lip and attempting to look coy. Involuntarily, at this point, I raise my eyebrows and let out a sigh through my nose.
