"Just a bit boring, but then again, boys wanted them free of women aside from the dancing ones," he said and then shook his head at her question, not needing to go into any details of himself. He'd let his hair long enough currently to cover his ears from prying eyes. "Bailey sounds more like a good old Baileys to me," he joked, though he himself not the biggest fan of the sweet drink. "And trust me, once you've spent more than a month here there's nothing new that can be happening to you. Enjoying the town and our few bars?"
âOh, so you like Baileys?â The vampire asked with a raised brow and a devious smirk across her lips. âIs that so? Sounds awfully boring. Why would anyone choose to remain in a place with nothing new taking place?â Bailey lifted her shoulders up in a shrug, really unsure what she was doing lately in town. It was supposed to be a short trip, visiting her sire and meeting his beau. But things went sideways and now, she remained. âThe town does have its own charm, I suppose. And yes, I do enjoy the bars and clubs.â
