I'm sitting in the bathroom at my job, not because I have to actually use it but because I need to cry. I need to breath. For no reason I get these urges to cry. Hysterically cry. Snot and big alligator tears and I used to think it was my depression and now I think that crying has mostly taken the place of panic attacks, I say mostly because they come in all sorts of ways. Crying has been one of them for me lately. I'm writing because it helps calm me to talk. Talk to who? No one. Just to talk. To center myself. I am quitting my job. Stopping school for a long while and I just need to fix me. It's always been about someone else, the girls mostly. But I really need to fix me before I do something stupid.
