It was an honor and privilege to attend the Womens Fund of Long Island Benefit with my surrogate mother @marcialdyson which featured a speech by one of my favorite actresses ever, Patricia Arquette, and another by one of my favorite designers, Donna Karen. The Women’s Fund of Long Island (WFLI), and specifically their GirlsFLI program, brings together high school girls each year from diverse social, economic, racial, religious, and ethnic backgrounds across Long Island. The girls in the program were a group of such lovely young ladies it was proof of what mentoring and healthy peer relationships can do to positively affect a young persons life... Nightcap at Club Quarters, World Trade... rooftop with breathtaking views. Order the Mango Ginger Caprininah thru Ado... if you can sneak past the guy at the front door lol... (at View of The World - Terrace Club)

Aria, West Village ask for Lars... he'll treat you like royalty. Order the orecchietti with sausage or the grilled octopus... yum! (at West Village, Downtown Manhattan)

Last one... 332 W 17th St featured a charming little co-op for $775K... amazing closet space for such close quarters but in general, designed quite well... #manhattan #RealEstate

Great views at this 3 bed, 2 bath co-op at 233 W 26th st ... 2000 SF with 10ft ceilings... a buyer would definitely want to bring their architect but it's got great bones to begin with... priced at $2M.

I love spending Sundays popping into open houses to preview inventory... 467 W 22nd is an awesome 2 bed/2 bath townhouse penthouse with gorgeous front and back outdoor space... On one of the most beautiful blocks in Chelsea it can be all yours for $1.7M!!!
