There, an user posted an excerpt of an alledged Kishimoto interview, they included a link as a source

but if you click on that link you won't find anything

but also if you google anything prior to 2012 related to Naruto being American or Sakura being European you won't find anything. All discussions or affirmations of that claim are all from after 2012 that support themselves on that forum post, not any actual reputable source. Same if you google in Japanese, you won't get any actual results

I will say that Shikamaru is a better leader than Sasuke, we saw him command the whole shinobi army during the war arc and Sasuke doesn't have any sort of moment like that in the series, on the contrary he doesn't seem keen in working with a team and really feels like Naruto is the only one who can keep up with him. So I gotta go with Shikamaru because strategizing for an entire army succesfully takes brains

i havent reread it in years and i feel like outside of sns fans, half of the fandom think they dont have near enough bonding moments in pre timeskip, and just read as simple rivals/ friends and that naruto in 5 kage summit arc actions confused them when it came to sasuke😭 so outside of a romantic subtext do you think its well written?

That's just nonsense Sakura stans are making up to try to make her sound special to Sasuke when absolutely nothing in canon (whether Kishimoto or Ikemoto's) suggests that.

What we know as canon is the only people who knew the truth about Itachi besides Sasuke are Naruto, Kakashi and Yamato.

If Sakura knows about Itachi and what he went through is because everybody else knows as well, this is more than 16 years after the time original series ended. It's no longer a secret Itachi was working in favour of Konoha
