I'm so damn tired i can't look away from the community for one second that either mctoran or someone else starts arguing and some bullshit drama happens. I kid you not, this is the first and only small community that i'm in that has this much amount of in-fighting.

I will be stepping away from the community as a whole for a very big while. Maybe some weeks. I genuinely don't mean this as a 'fuck you' to anyone, i'm trying to get out of years of depression and i'm trying to actually be a functional adult for the future. I do not have time to stress about this damn community.

I love you guys, i genuinely and truly mean it. But it gets to a point that this just feels like very much useless discord drama.

I’m ticked off by the double standards of the main wikidot and fandom wikis. They will preach about the pantheon and convergence “not fitting” the wikis or the Backrooms, but then turn around and glaze shit like this:

Now to be clear, I LIKE these canons and their concepts, but it’s the hypocrisy in the treatment of them that annoys me. Pantheon and Convergence hate feels like it is born of a personal disdain towards its writers rather than any actual constructive criticism of the work itself, and in my opinion the treatment of other similarly “non-backroomsy” canons like the examples I gave in comparison solidify this.

I don't have any meaningful comment for this, but i do heavily agree.
