More summer. I hope the old Tarlair pool is restored soon. The cafe is lovely. Kitchen is coming on, I still have a temporary oven. I met up with James again. Cooper met a young lady who was enthusiastic in her approach. He was having none of it. Roadside stall, community farm shopping. A huge elm in the garden.

Rhubarb and strawberry pie

2kg of rhubarb in the freezer, a crumble in the oven, kale top tart, too, and some minty new potatoes on top. I have already given rhubarb to the neighbours and I have another 5kg to do something with tomorrow. And probably 10kg left outside!

I keep seeing bargains 🏠
