Miracle Baby William's Adventure

My baby William was diagnosed with a rare brain bleeding before he was born, and doctor tried to persuade me to give up on him when he was about to due 1.5 month later. 

It was the most difficult & cruelest choice for any family, especially for me, as a mom who had been with him for more than 30 weeks, felt every move he made, and dreamed every dream of him.

My husband and I were so despair. I did not remember how I stepped out of hospital, it was hot summer outside and i felt deep cold. After home I locked myself up, staring on the ultrasound image pf my baby on the cellphone and wept everyday, couldn’t eat or sleep, my husband could not stop my sadness of losing my first child, and he was in deep sorrow too.

It was then the whole church started to pray for our family, Pastor Alex and many friends came to pray for us, may God lead us through the dark valley of life and, a miracle for the baby. 

After that weekend, we made a decision to give him a try and ask medic team help me deliver him when he was only 34 weeks, which may let him has a chance to survive rather than abortion. We laid our destiny on God’s hands, and if the baby could not make it, at least we tried our best and knew God would take care of him afterwards.

Despite of the medic team had predicted William would die soon after he was born and even prepared statement of death right beside me, I held the roughly wrapped little one in my arms and sobbed begging him to breathe, to live, to stay with us… it was heartbreaking moment, and when everyone almost lost hope, i guess God heard our pray, my baby started to breathe and moan…

Now William was 6 month old baby, he got a shunt surgery when he was only 3 month old which prevented him from sudden death causing by high brain pressure , and he still had serious development delay. But we know the Grace of God is with him, from a dying fetus to a happy baby, we already have being  witnessing His mercy and good work.

Please pray for our family, especially the baby William, he is on such a journey, I guess God must has some important task for him and us. We are grateful to following God’s lead and can not wait to see how great work he would build on us.
