No no. He was the epitome of Hard-ass Master Sergeant. Like so much so, if he found a spec of dust in your room during inspection he will flip everything over and cause a huge mess. During his down time, stationed in Alaska, was when he really got into painting (Which eludes to why his landscape artwork are usually snowy and mountainous). When he got out of the Air Force, he swore he’d never yell or curse at anyone ever again, which lead him to be the calm, quiet, and understanding man whose presence we all grew to really enjoy.
