take a nice, warm bubble bath!! wash urself nice and squeaky clean. use baby wash cloths or cartoon ones, or even just pretty colored ones! get some bath toys! use lotion after and get into sum comfy pjs!!

soothe urself to sleep for a nap (or even for the night), comb your own hair with your fingers, massage ur scalp. hold your face, rub your cheek, hold a stuffie and bundle up into a blankie!

have a little spa night, paint your nails, do a face mask, listen to some calming music!

watch a good movie with your favorite stuffies!!

(if it snows in your area)watch the snow fall, make up stories abt you and your stuffies in the snow!!

journal!! get your (or make one) little journal, or just a piece of paper, and scribble all over it! draw cute things, write about your day!

day four: what's your ideal little day?

breakfast in bed, maybe go to the park to watch the ducks, get one toy from the toy store, naptime, watch some movies and draw with crayons, have some warm milk and go to bed :3

I don't know about apologies, but my experience with relationships like this is just to communicate. Understand that fighting is just a natural response to stress and try not to blame yourself too much. Just say you're sorry and try to talk through it.
