Marion is the Fifth Lord of the Village, an eccentric and sadistic ringmaster who performs each night for a cardboard audience and a singular Lycan who doubles as a janitor whenever... accidents happen. He stands tall at 6'5", and despite towering over a lot of the characters, he acts bratty, childish, and throws tantrums over basically nothing. He only listens to Lady Dimitrescu (and even that is sparingly) and Mother Miranda.
His last name is left ambiguous, a nod to his past, and that he doesn't link himself with his old family anymore, which leads to his place being called "The Circus" rather than anything fancy involving last names. He frequently speaks in third person, about himself, and about others aswell, like a ringmaster narrating a circus play. The Cadou experiments on him worked, with little to no collateral damage, except nerve impairment, which mostly affected his limbs (restless limb syndrome), and gave him tourette-like symptoms (throat clearing, finger twitching, etc.), and yet it greatly works in his favor. The parasite mostly resides in his grey eyes, which make people greatly uneasy and paranoid. Staring too long can cause heavy feelings of anxiety and if the eye contact is not broken, it can even cause heart failure.
The rest of his circus workers are his sister, Violetta. The experiments stripped her of her personality, and gave her progenitor abilities. If she is barely even nicked, or any injury causes blood, she can manipulate it to form a clone, though fragile. They work in the circus, and if any of them get into an accident, the Lycan gets a free meal.
He treats Ethan Winters more like an animal or a prop than a human, even reffering to him as a "vicious beast" and "hostile critter". He made him tightrope walk a live electric wire, made him juggle chainsaws, and made him jump through (progressively smaller) fire rings.
His relationship with the other Lords and Miranda are vastly different. He often mocks and bullies Salvatore Moreau, calls him uninteresting to his face, and says that not even his audience would watch someone as pathetic as him. Despite not speaking to him, Moreau always gets picked on atleast once by Marion in the meetings.
He disregards Donna Beneviento totally, preffering to speak to her doll, Angie, if he even notices they're in the room. He finds her boring because of her silence, though Angie enables him and cheers him on, which gains her a small place in the back of his chaotic mind. Though, because the doll is short, he doesn't notice her much.
Heisenberg dislikes him, and Marion likes annoying him. There's not a single meeting where the two don't argue. Though, the Factory and the Circus are closer to eachother than to the other Lord's houses. Even if Karl is physically stronger, the ringmaster's eyes still unsettle him and he always looks away. Most of the tantrums thrown by Marion are near, or because of Heisenberg.
Dimitrescu regards him with very low esteem, but she still treats him as a 'younger brother', and he's the only 'manthing' she doesn't hate in a sense. He wears lipstick provided by her, and he sometimes invites the Dimitrescu daughters to his circus, and they usually show up, but only because they get to burn stuff.
Miranda sees him as an annoyance. A strong annoyance. She also doesn't look into his eyes, though he calms down significantly near her. (Because he knows what's up lol)
