When ur with sumone ur energy systems become connected.. Especially when there is a strong mental or emotional experience between both parties such as traumatic or painful event.. we create energy cords of this unhealthy attachment most commonly through sex (consensual or non consensual it will manifest according to the light or dark experience) :(these cords connect between chakras. the frequency of thoughts n feelings that you had with that person will resonate with the energy of a specific chakra… example . if you experience heartbreak or betrayal then you may create a cord between your heart chakra and the other person’s heart chakra… means that even though a relationship ends, the energetic relationship is still there despite the time passed. even though you may be physically separate now, ure still very much connected to them energetically.. the same energy dynamic u experienced is still going on (drama, pain, suffering), even tho consciously u recognise it as a finished relationship.. Uve gotta learn how to break these cords and stop the karmic loop if not it’s gonna continue to drain ur energy and Fuk with ur emotional body, to certain degrees depending on where the cords are located…
dis is why many people continue to constantly think about their ex partner and feel the pain of past events years after :/
I believe a lot of these love hate relationships are from past lifetimes. we call the experience back into our lives for the purpose of resolving and absolving unhealthy karmic patterns.
u should start by finding someone trusted to do some chakra healing with u. and read more about certain things ive mentioned
