4. Take vitamin E for you hair , skin and nails.

5. Drink different tea and cleanse yourself ar least once a week.

6. Take a spa day and take a nice bath, paint t your nails and treat you skin , etc. Once a week , it will make you feel better.

7. Never settle for less then you deserve, goes for friends and relationships .
