The idea of growing old has always intrigued me, i always ask myself what am i going to be 10 years from now? Will i achieve my dreams and be happy? 30 years from now how will i be mentally physically, emotionally. will i have enough skills/experience? will i have REGRETS? Then I find myself caught in a moment where I don’t exist where im sitting/standing and my thoughts have taken me so far away from the physical world , and in a blink of an eye its like im awake again and aware of what is around me, at that particular moment i remind myself to enjoy the present of what is in-front of me, what i feel right now emotionally & physically and to keep smiling #happinessisachoice
