hi im a disabled trans jew who is having a whole host of health problems my care teams are struggling to diagnose and treat. I have a lot of doctor appointments to far away locations and have been to a number of them but getting to and from them is absolutely draining my funds as I "dont qualify for medical rides" while im waiting for disability.

(while in this process, I learned i congenitally have a very rare heart condition where I have two inferior vena cavas running perpendicular each other. go figure.)

I badly need help with transportation costs and food, especially as I will be undergoing a hysterectomy soon and a double endoscopy/colonoscopy in august.

anything at all is a massive help, even a dollar if its all you can afford. I am extremely grateful for the consideration and help. reblogs are also very appreciated
