my moms situationship brought his friends dog to dinner and afterwards we went for a walk and i held her leash for a while and i was letting her go wherever and sniff everything and at one point she started walking fast so i started walking fast to keep up and then she started running so i started running and then we were both running down the block while she held the leash in her mouth and yanked it around and tried to play tug of war while running and that's the most exercise i think ive gotten in probably the last 3 years im legit coughing and heaving and my heart is racing lmfaoooooo
