New kitchen shelves in. Fairly simple job not wanting to over complicate these are scaffolding boards and a set of cast brackets. The boards were zanded down just enough tosmooththings off without losing any of their history. There atill paint spatter, nail heads, dirt worked in and whatever other stories it has to tell. Next was a single coat of briwax worked in with .001 guage wire wool before wiping excess with some blue rag.

Reflecting back on what I saw at Warehouse 17 in Capetown, a desk share and co-lab space on the waterfront. People were attending meetups all weekend sharing what they have been working on and supporting each other. Something more of us in the UK would benefit from doing, we take community for granted, but without anything at all we'd all be selfish elitists preening our feathers boasting. (at V & A Waterfront)
