i'm slightly late this time cause i was too invested in the book which i've just finished, yay! today was a nice day and i've noticed how much being outside and moving a bit helps my brain work better (which is a well-know fact, but i guess sometimes you just need to try it yourself before you believe it...). total time studying today: 2h 38min.

⋆˙⟡ today’s small steps: ⇢ had 2 plums, a banana, an apple and grape; ⇢ took notes of §5. Didactic tools; ⇢ learnt 8 new words on the topic 책거리; ⇢ wrote a draft of a message on synectics in korean and sent my teacher a list of words i need help with; ⇢ read 2 publications by K. Malevich; ⇢ went for a 40 minute morning walk with the dogs; ⇢ went for a 30 minute afternoon walk with the dogs; ⇢ read 100 pages and finished валсарб by helena pobyarzhina (rated it 4☆); ⇢ journaled a bit.

⋆☕︎ ˖ meal tracker (for my medical diet): ⇢ breakfast (10 am): multigrain porridge, 2 plums, a zefir; ⇢ lunch (3 pm): roasted beef with potatoes (leftovers); ⇢ afternoon snack (5 pm): 2 yogurts and a banana; ⇢ dinner (8:45 pm): green salad + an apple. ⇢ evening snack (9:30 pm): grape.
